ReclaimHER PT combines orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy, specializing in preconception through postpartum care. We provide one-on-one, customized treatment for women in our private clinic space in Wellesley and/or via telehealth sessions. We look at the whole picture for each woman, not just an isolated body part where she complains of pain or dysfunction.

We assist women with prenatal and postpartum orthopedic concerns, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, birth preparation and healthy and safe postpartum recovery from vaginal and Cesarean births. We advocate for the mother’s wellness on her journey, when oftentimes all of the focus is on the baby. Our goal is to help each woman ReclaimHER physical health and feel at home in her body again.
