Flourish Women's Wellness is a specialized, integrative therapy practice serving women with persistent bodily pain, pelvic pain, hormonal challenges, bowel and bladder issues, and who are in need of post surgical and postpartum recovery. I utilize manual therapies such as visceral mobilization and myofascial techniques, as well as therapeutic movement and exercise, ergonomics and postural integration, and lifestyle strategies education. I have a masters of occupational therapy, a bachelors in dance, and certificates in wellness coaching, massage and movement therapy.
