I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner and founder of Pelvic Health Support. I help patients with sexual, pelvic, and hormone health concerns go from feeling ashamed and confused about symptoms (sexual pain, pelvic pain, low libido,) and not heard by their healthcare provider to become proud, confident, educated, and empowered to flourish with their sexual, pelvic and hormone health. After completing my training at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions, I ran a sexual and reproductive health program at a large medical institution for over a decade. After going through treatment for breast cancer, I focused my learning on the science of sexual health—especially sexual pain, pelvic pain, low libido/hypoactive sexual desire disorder, and hormone imbalances.
