Katie Fincher

Katie is a doctor of physical therapy and is soon to become a board certified clinical specialist in Women's Health Physical Therapy. She completed her pelvic health residency at Duke and is also a certified lymphedema therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist.

People who have pelvic health conditions including but not limited to urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, pain with sexual activity or intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor disorders or pain post vaginal delivery and / or c-section, and those suffering from a decreased ability to exercise because of these conditions can benefit from a personalized plan of care from Katie.
