Lauren Starace, PT, MSPT, PYT

Lauren has been a PT for 14 years and a pelvic floor PT for 7 years after having a pelvic floor concern of her own. She found a thirst for knowledge in this area and never looked back. To add to her PT knowledge she completed a 200 hour YTT and soon after she began her journey to become a professional yoga therapis. She is now certified and adds this to her treatment of pelvic floor concerns for both females and males.
