LUNA Mother Co provides safe, evidence-based, yet challenging pre & postnatal fitness classes, diastasis recti rehabilitation, birth preparation, and parenting classes. We have a beautiful studio in Marin County, just north of San Francisco, as well as the first all-in-one online resource for motherhood. Our LUNA Instructors & Trainers are not your average fitness professionals. We are a team of highly trained, Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialists with significant education and experience in working with pregnant and postpartum women.
