Manda Baumgarten

Hello! I am a Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism Coach based out of Eugene, Oregon. I started out as a trainer in Los Angeles, CA in 2010. Through coaching group fitness classes as well as private clients I fell in love with working alongside athletes to help them achieve and maintain their goals. I grew up dancing so I have a love and respect for movement. I competed in the 2014 CrossFit Games as well as SoCal CrossFit Regionals five years in a row. I moved to Eugene at the end of 2019 with my husband so he could finish school at the University of Oregon. I absolutely love getting to know the area and coaching new athletes. I have worked with preschool- high school kids, pregnant and postpartum athletes, college-level athletes with incontinence, and perimenopausal athletes.
