I studied at University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I also got my certification in Manual Therapy through Evidence in Motion. I have also attended 5 Herman & Wallace pelvic floor courses related to both women and children pelvic floor conditions. I treat a variety of women's related conditions: pelvic pain, painful intercourse, urinary incontinence along with urinary urgency and frequency or hesitancy, fecal incontinence, constipation, pregnancy and postpartum issues, bladder prolapse, chronic pain conditions unique to females and many others. I use various treatment techniques and tools used for treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction such as biofeedback, manual therapy and re-education for non-optimal movement strategies and breathing patterns along with many others. I also perform pelvic floor muscle exams. I'm also certified in Dry-Needling through Integrative Dry-Needling and a Yoga Instructor (RYT200). Extra training through Mary Massery breath work.
