McKenna Lupold

I am a passionate physical therapist with experience treating a variety of pelvic health issues including pelvic pain, hyper and underactive pelvic floor musculature, incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, prolapse, diastasis recti, constipation, tailbone and SI pain and a variety of orthopedic conditions. I am trained in using a variety of manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, scar tissue massage and mobilization, soft tissue mobilization and trigger point release techniques. I focus on giving patients education, exercise tools and techniques for self-management of their symptoms in addition to one on one time in the clinic with the goal of getting each patient back to doing all the things they love.
