Noelle Moyler

I'm Noelle Moyler, a Women's Wellness Coach based near Chichester in West Sussex, UK. I am passionate about helping women take time every single day to focus on their health, lifestyle and nutrition by offering support and guidance in person at training sessions, courses and workshops and remotely through the support network I provide.

After having my first daughter in 2009, a birth which involved hours of pushing, a spinal and eventually an episiotomy and forceps delivery, I felt totally broken. I couldn't sit, struggled to breastfeed and just felt like I was a bad Mum. I then discovered that I leaked when I sneezed, coughed or exercised. Like most women, I ignored it and thought of it as normal. I also stopped exercising.

In 2012, after the birth of my second daughter, I started searching for help for my issues. That support locally was lacking. Thankfully after searching Google I found MUTU System, a postnatal recovery program, which offered a realistic and effective way to help me get back into exercise and resolve the postnatal problems I had.

Five years later, my own experience inspired me to retrain to help women who found themselves in the same situation as I had. I have undertaken training with MUTU System and Burrell Education to ensure my knowledge goes much deeper when it comes to supporting women's wellness and I am the local
