Olivia Rousseau

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor and a yoga teacher of 14 years. I have completed all levels of Herman and Wallace pelvic rehab and a clinical in pelvic floor, and learn every day from my patients and yoga students. I'm passionate about assisting women in pregnancy and postpartum but also have a love for treating hypermobile people, prolapse, vaginismus, and strengthening for perimenopausal women. My chief therapeutic tools are prescribing hip and core exercises and utilizing soft tissue work to the pelvic floor, hips, and abdomen. My main goal is always to bolster your awareness of your pelvic floor and body so that you can better manage your symptoms and take charge of your healing process. Physical Therapist
