My vision is to educate and support women as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum and beyond with a healthy body and functional core. I provide individualized strategies to help support and build long term strength, function and performance.

I hold an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, Certified MUTU™ Pro, Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, and Pre/Post-natal Specialist. The “credential” I’m most proud of? My role as mom to 4 beautiful children! In working with several Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists, continuing education, and professional collaborations I have been able to regain function and provide that same opportunity to many other women. If you have fitness-specific goals, or maybe just want to be able to chase after your Littles, I can help you get there with confidence!
