Sarah Zahab, Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist

Sarah is a Registered Kinesiologist and Exercise Physiologist with 20 years of fitness industry experience. She studied Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and graduated with honours with a minor in Biology. She is the creator of the Prenatal and Postnatal Strength Workout DVD, available online at www.amazon.com. Sarah utilizes movement screens, thorough history taking and manual muscle testing as well as posture analysis, gait assessment and analysing breathing mechanics as part of her initial assessment. Her goal is to determine the root cause of injury, alignment shifts, movement mechanics and patterns and takes a holistic approach to correcting muscle imbalances, alignment, breathing mechanics, gait and movement patterns. Sarah is a former international fitness competitor and was fortunate to represent Canada at the Ms Fitness World competition 4 times. She presents fitness workshops at conferences in Canada and the US. Sarah has been a nationally ranked race walker and enjoys spending time with her husband, John and two girls.
