I am the founder of Oasis PT & Pelvic Health - a place of ease, prevention, and recovery. I have been a Physical Therapist more than 25 years, maintaining a whole-body, holistic approach as a foundation of clinical practice. As a former pelvic health patient, my passion was sparked to pursue a pelvic rehabilitation specialization and help stop pelvic pain, bladder, bowel, and sexual health issues. Also trained as a Birth Doula and certified in Mercier Therapy, I strongly believe in collaboration in care for pre-conception & optimizing fertility, birth prep, & postpartum pelvic wellness.

As a "forever-learner", my multi-system skill set includes Herman & Wallace advanced pelvic floor training, Osteopathic and Visceral Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Pain Science and Neural Mobilization. My personal experience and belief in the mind-body connection gives me unique perspective and empathy as I provide individualized approach to pelvic rehabilitation.
