I provide personal training in-home for pregnant and postpartum mothers in the Golden, CO area. I work closely with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists to support my clients to bridge the gap between PT and full strength. I believe every mother deserves to move the way she loves to, and to be strong enough to enjoy her body's capabilities.
