I am a pelvic and orthopedic physical therapist specializing in spine, lower extremity and pelvic health. I have treated pelvic health dysfunction for over 20 years and been Board Certified through APTA for Pelvic Health (WCS) since 2015. I have Pilates training through Polestar Pilates with an emphasis in rehabilitation. My passion is empowering patients to manage or resolve dysfunctions; collaborating with physicians and allied health for optimal patient outcomes; and educating everyone for wellness/prevention throughout the lifespan.
